The Horizon Leadership Institute team are authorized facilitators of the following assessment tools – for individuals and teams.

The Leadership Circle Profile – a 360 degree on-line assessment used for performance evaluation or to support leadership development and coaching.  (website)

The Leadership Circle Culture Survey – a team assessment that measures the current culture of leadership as well as the desired culture.  The coaching program works with the existing strengths of the leadership culture and further develops areas where there are gaps or limitations.  (website)

Team Diagnostic Assessment – a team assessment tool that measures 7 factors of Productivity and 7 factors of Positivity.  The snap shot revealed presents current team strengths and challenges and provides a process for coaching each element towards a higher performance standard.  (website)

Conflict Dynamics Profile – an individual assessment that can be completed individually or as a 360 feedback process.  It reveals the conflict response tendencies of an individual and provides opportunities debriefing so that new skills and tools can be adopted for building conflict competency. StrengthsFinder – this individual assessment has been developed by Gallup.  The online tool is available through the book by Tom Rath called StrengthFinder 2.0.  Horizon Leadership uses this tool for both individuals and teams.  You can order the book here…
