Janet Frood
Janet Frood is an accomplished leader, a successful entrepreneur, and an internationally recognized executive, leadership and team coach.
Her clientele of executives and entrepreneurs praise Janet as a confidante and peer who eliminates the loneliness of leadership and inspires them to find their own leadership style based on their values, strengths and passions. Janet works with them to examine challenges from many different perspectives. Her sensitive approach empowers them to identify any underlying stumbling blocks to success and discover new ways of addressing the issues and opportunities. Janet has also created many tools, programs and workshops to help teams become more effective through trust and respect.
With a degree in social behaviour, plus international coaching credentials, Janet is uniquely qualified to help individuals, teams, and organizations confront the status quo, find the opportunity that lives within change, and grow confidence and trust in each other and themselves.
Janet’s own accomplishments in her 25 years of professional experience include raising over $100 million for The University of Western Ontario, Victoria Hospital and St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, and owning two successful businesses. A signature of her career is being a pioneer of new processes and programs that have become industry best practices.
A graduate of Queen’s University and the Executive Leadership Program from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Janet has also achieved international credentials as a Professional Certified Coach and is certified in Organizational Relationship and System Coaching through the Center for Right Relationship.
Janet is an authorized facilitator for the Team Diagnostic AssessmentTM, The Leadership Circle ProfileTM and Conflict Dynamics Profile. She is an active member of the International Coaches Federation and the Strategic Capability Network, and is a faculty member of the Center for Right Relationship.
Janet’s commitment to helping people make positive changes goes beyond her clients to include her community – she is currently a founding member of the Centre for Social Innovation London.
